To do this you can either call us or come in to one of our offices. We will need as much information as possible about the type of property you are looking for. |

With a clear understanding of your requirements we will collect together properties that suit your needs. |

We conduct appointments at times that suit you, including all day Saturday. |

| Selecting A Property Of Your Choice |

Once you have found a suitable property you will be asked to fill in an easy form for referencing.
Your reference form will be sent off to our ref agent and should be referred to us in 2-3 days. |

| Tenancy Agreement |

Once your referencing forms are returned and you have met the required criteria we will then draw up an agreement between yourselves and Archers.
To be signed at our office the day you move in. |

| Inventory |

|
|
| |
An inventory of the contents and conditions of the property is produced.
This will be supplied to both Agent and tenant. |
|
| Rent & Your Deposit |
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
The day you sign your agreement you will have to pay your security deposit and first months rent.
Your security deposit will be returned to you at the end of your tenancy subject to any findings of the inventory clerk and the check out report. |
